Hi, I’m kelly

In 2024, as a mom of two young kids, I decided to become a rally car driver.

Did I have any training or experience in race cars?
Nope.

Did I know anyone else who raced rally cars?
Not personally.

Did I do it anyway?
You bet I did.

And what I learned from the experience transformed not only how I live my life but how I view the entire world.

But Kelly, why rally cars?

Because racing rally cars looked like the most fun I could possibly have and fun was what I was desperately missing.

After becoming a mother in 2018, I felt myself disappear.

The identity and life I had worked so hard for disintegrated almost immediately and I was left feeling confused, alone, and hopeless.

Motherhood was hard and I thought it was because I was doing it wrong.

It took years of research and becoming a Matrescence Educator to understand that I wasn’t the problem but that I was living within a system built to make mothers invisible.

So I decided to do the most ridiculous, frivolous, silly thing I could think of: become a rally car driver.

And in the process, I overcame deeply held fears, developed a growth mindset, found genuine community, and realigned my entire life around what really mattered to me.

I became authentically me for the first time in my life.

From that authenticity, I’ve been able to accomplish life-long goals.

My first book, Your Mom Races Rally, was published in Spring 2026.
I’m a public speaker inspiring people to reclaim their lives and create positive impact by having fun. And I’m re-shaping society by putting women and mothers back into the center of our communities.

I’m so happy to have you here.

Now let’s go have some fun!
